Professional intermediation for existing interests in private companies. We manage the sourcing, negotiation, and closing of secondary trades, encompassing direct shares, SPV structures, and LP-led transactions.

Strategic access to primary rounds alongside leading institutional investors. We facilitate participation in high-profile capital raises, managing the investment process for our network through to closing.

Leadership

Kelvin Ho
Managing Partner

Kelvin has had over 30 years of experience specializing in alternative investments and private banking. He has held a number of senior positions with various financial institutions including Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. He started his career in auditing with PwC covering the financial services sector. Kelvin graduated from the University of Manchester in the UK with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Accounting, and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
